Spirituality is the way we seek and express meaning and purpose, and the way we experience our connectedness to the moment, to self, to others, to nature, and to the significant, sacred, or divine.
Spirituality is an awareness of our connection to something bigger than ourselves. It’s about seeking a deeper meaning in life, bringing awareness to human spirit or soul outside of our five sense. It seeks to answer who are we, why are we here, and what is our purpose in life.
Spirituality means different things for each person. It focuses on the broader purpose for us being here, and is a reminder that we are interconnected and never alone.

We are all creative!
Creativity is the ability to create things, the capacity to make connections between existing ideas, and to come up with fresh solutions to problems.
A common misinterpretation about creativity is that you have to recreate the wheel. In reality nothing is completely original, everything builds on something that came before it. The best ideas are often a Fresh take on a familiar concept.
Creativity is you as an individual creating something in the world. It can be thought of as your life energy. It needs to be used and released to keep you healthy and happy.
Remember, theres nooone else in the world just like you who can do what you do in the exact way you do.
